14-day money back

If BandAssist doesn’t convince you, you get your money back: within 14 days of purchase I’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked. Just write to me via the contact form or by email to info (at) bandassist (Punkt) de – ideally with the email address you bought with or your license key. The refund is made via Link to your payment method, and the license ends.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Licenses are sold through Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as the seller. A statutory right of withdrawal therefore exists towards Link, according to its terms; Link informs you about it at checkout. For digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal usually expires early once the license has been provided and you have agreed to this. The money-back promise above applies regardless.

Cancelling the annual subscription

You can cancel the annual subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current term – via link.com with the email address you bought with, or by sending me a message. BandAssist keeps running with all features until the end of the term.
